Very Clean! We bought this trailer 7 years ago and a small family lived in it during that time. Its been kept up really good, we recently put a little work into it, to fix up little things to make it more presentable. Everything is working great ion this trailer, its just sat those 7 years. I really like the extra bedroom in the back of the trailer, it makes it nice for families. Theres nothing wrong with any part of this trailer and it is ready to go!
