Well-appointed living space with plenty of room. Open floor plan with large windows offering plenty of natural light. We replaced the standard fixed lounge suite with a new sofa (covered in photo) allowing any seating / bed configuration. We have replaced the decretive flooring (covering), as the previous covering was dark in colour, and painted some walls to brighten up the interior. New Hisense smart TV with WiFi in the living area and sound bar.

The kitchen has everything you need with plenty of storage space, and a large island bench for meal preparation. We replaced the multi-function convection oven last year with a more advanced Whirlpool.

Main bedroom has a comfortable double bed, plenty of storage options, smart WiFi TV, and a private bathroom with a great size shower and new toilet.

Rear toy-hauler area only been used as bedroom with queen size bunk beds that can be raised to roof with a press of a button. This area also has a bathroom, also with a new toilet. (We do not have the remote for the small TV in this room, so have never turned it on). The large folding door turns into a deck with railings.

Both Propane heating and air conditioning working in good order, last serviced in 2024.

The power converter was also replaced last year.

The awning works, rolling in and out with the press of a button, however the fabric needs replacing (we are organising that now).

There is plenty of storage space for all of your gear with the front tunnel. Powered leveling jacks front and rear. Cummins Onan 5500 on board generator for off-grid. New auxiliary battery fitted last year.

Two external gasoline tanks, one for on-board generator and one auxiliary. (There is a fuel bowser type pump handle in the small door for the auxiliary tank, however the pump doesnt work)

Roof resealed / resurfaced last year by RV specialists.
