2012 Northwood Mfg Snow River 5th Wheel 2765RLSS. (Note: It is not a 26RLSS as listed under trim - RV trader doesn't offer 2765RLSS as an option but made me select something.)

I am the 2nd owner of this very well cared for unit. I bought it last April from the original owner in Redmond. They were a lovely retired couple who kept it in their finished and climate controlled shop that was attached to their house (see photo).
I store it in Hillsboro at Bunch's RV Storage under cover. There are absolutely no leaks or any know issues.

Improvements / Repairs:
I had the carpets professionally cleaned last month by Juan's RV detail.
Last year after I purchased it I took it to That Trailer Guy in Dundee to have it given a once over and they replaced both batteries and did some preventative caulking on the roof and noted it's excellent condition overall.

I use an Anderson Ultimate 5th Wheel hitch converter, which I would sell for an additional $500. If you don't have a 5th wheel hitch this is an excellent system for towing which connects to a Gooseneck ball in the bed of your truck. It's easy to put in and pull out.

I would also sell the generator for an additional $350, which is an A-IPOWER SC2000I - 1600/2000W INVERTER GENERATOR WITH YAMAHA ENGINE. It's barely used.

The only reason we are selling it is because it's just a bit too big for the places we like to go.
