The RV belonged to my father; he bought it new in February 2021 in New Mexico for $22,953 with the dream of using it in the Sandia mountains while he went hiking. Unfortunately, he developed cancer and spent most of 2021 in the hospital and hospice care. My father passed away in December of that same year after spending just a few nights in the camper. I pulled the camper to my home in Texas, where it's been sitting, unused, since.

While the camper is practically brand new, there is a scratch mark on it from a where a windstorm blew a 4x8 sheet of plywood against it, while I was roofing a storage shed adjacent to it. The same storm also bent the front awning arm. The arm was replaced by Blue Compass RV, a dealer here in town. Everything is in working order. The camper is hooked up to a 30-amp power outlet for convenience.

I bought a brand-new mattress for it when I decided to sell it.

The title is clear.

I have seen similar campers priced as high as $21,000 on various sites.
