The Ford E-450 Super Duty Chassis is a fall 2019 Manufacture. The completed Jayco RV Class C Motor home is a 2020 Model Year. The current title is registered on the chassis VIN by the Illinois DMV which is technically incorrect, as it reflects the Chassis fabrication year (2019) and not the Motor Home Model year (2020), to clarify. A DMV Chassis VIN/RV Model Year difference is common to the RV world. We have confirmation from Jayco the Motor Home is a 2020 Model year.

The vehicle is in very good condition throughout, clean and well maintained.
There is typical ding at the base of one bedroom sliding Privacy Door panel. See photo.
There is some normal fabric wear at the headrest of one sofa recliner and edge of the drivers seat. See photo.
There is a bedroom floor cabin vent cover that is partly taped. See photo. The generator hour indicator is not displaying, however, all switches, level indicators throughout the cabin work normally.

In winter storage through mid April (indoor heated winter storage facility. Currently filled water tanks, pulled and tested all fuses in the cabin and underside in-line, and checked/reset all electrical breakers. I have turned on/checked: Hot and cold water in the Kitchen, Bath vanity and Shower; Electric Heater and Gas Heater; HVAC and Fans in Bedroom and Living area; Bathroom Fan; Bedroom and Living area automatic bump out extensions; Awning automatic extension; Auto Entrance door step; New entrance remote access keycode set; Indoor lights; Stove; Refrigerator; Freezer; Microwave; Auto Level Controller; Battery charge with and without shore power connection; Onan Generator operation. The Propane storage tank reads 1/4 full. Grey water and Black water tanks are empty. The blackwater tank has a small amount of storage chemical in it to drain with the first full sanitary dump. Road ready.
