Camper is in very good condition for camper being used eight seasons. It shows some wear, but we've put new tires on it two years ago with less than 100 miles on them. We've installed a brand new awning this spring. It's considered a 10 sleeper, but would sleep eight comfortably. The queen front bed is an upgraded mattress. The two bunks in back are full-sized. The couch and table both fold down to beds. The AC, Microwave, Large indoor and smaller outdoor fridge and freezers work well as does the stove and all of the plumbing. It has two slideouts, retractable power awning, power hitch lift and power stabilizer feet. It will come with a Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Hitch With 4-Point Sway Control and a Curt Echo Bluetooth Enabled Brake control.
