2018 Rockwood Mini Lite 2104S by Forest River. Excellent condition. Always kept in covered storage. Used about 15 times since new. It has a murphy bed that makes a couch, a wide dinette slide-out, a spacious living area and a roomy bathroom. It is easily towable with 1/2 ton pickup or full-size SUV.
