Description
Well, it either needs a LOT of help, or to just be stripped for parts. Some of the work necessary includes needing a newly welded attachment to a good trailer axle with brakes (no brakes currently). It’s light (approx. 1200 lbs right now) & the fiberglass is in mostly decent shape, but the axle & base are fairly rusted out.
It’s probably best used for it interior parts. I have a few extras that I’m including, like a fancy new roof fan thats got a remote & rain sensor & a nicely fitted trailer cover - since there’s still a hole in the roof where the roof fan would go. The wiring is not hooked up anymore & this isn't a model with a bathroom. The entry door is doing the usual thing that older Scamp doors do - hinges sagging & door gaps. So, this is mainly a sale for parts. It’s got a good working single solar panel on the roof and (I believe) an inverter that used to do a decent job of charging the old 12V battery (too old to still use, so has been disposed of). It’s definitely bare bones at this point - hence the low $$ ask. Sad to give it up, but I’ve given up thinking that I have the time & resources to fix up this otherwise sweet baby.
I’m asking $1500 OBO. Pretty much all of the red flags are listed here, so you know what you're in for. But ALL of the interior parts are pretty well/kept, especially the interior fiberglass cabinets, over sink cabinets, sink & the fridge are all in decent cond’n. Contact me for a viewing.
Please note that it should not be towed very far, as the rear lights are not hooked up anymore & the axle/wheel attachment is iffy, at best.
