Description
Travel Trailer is in great shape and well maintained, everything you need to go out on a quick trip pretty much included. I would have loved to keep this but lost our tow vehicle and need the extra funds right now. Please read below before asking any questions, Thank you!

***Over 100 other pictures of the actual trailer on Google drive since I took way too many for here:

It is considered a lightweight trailer which weighs around 5,500-6,000 lbs. it has higher clearance than average trailers in its class for great off road use. Its technically a 24 ft class, but is really right under 26 ft total length accounting for hitch to rear bumper. The entire trailer is very well insulated compared to most and has what they call the 4 season protection that has been tested to hold stable temperatures inside from 15 degrees to 100. It has a double insulated roof, front cap and double insulated floor and underbelly. Due to the 2nd layer of insulation on the bottom of the trailer there is no exposed pipes or wires besides the 4 stability jacks which is really nice for off road use down rocky paths.
All required maintenance and any needed repairs were done by State Trailer in Peoria, AZ, which is known for reliable work. The roof has been fully resealed every other year as required to maintain the 10 year factory warranty.
The only real damage to the entire trailer is a shallow scratch down one side of the trailer due to a tree branch on a narrow trail. Not really that noticeable at all since its on the white part but I thought I would point it out. Also the stock sticker type decals are slightly faded in some areas a bit due to the sun as you can see in the pictures. The laminate / wallpaper type layer on the MDF wood on a few spots on the interior door to the bathroom and a few spots on the cabinets is slightly peeling off. I have taped those areas to prevent it from peeling off more, but assuming this is just due to the adhesive wearing off slightly in the corners due to the heat in Phoenix. Assuming can be fixed easily with some spray glue just never got around to it. Other than that its in perfect shape!
The upgrades I have done include:
-lithium ion (LiFeP04) Battle Born brand 100Ah 12V Deep Cycle battery. Comes with a transferable 10 year warranty that I purchased on 2/2021. Cost $1,100 at the time.
-new Progressive Dynamics PD4100 power converter / charger that can support lithium or regular lead acid type batteries that was $700 installed.
-Furion brand wireless backup camera installed with a large wireless 7 inch screen / monitor and an extra camera that can be installed over the door or anywhere else if you prefer, which was like $800 for the full setup.
- Automatic change over propane regulator with two regular size 20lb propane tanks.
-Fastway e2 weight distribution hitch with built in easy to use sway bar setup with a nice fully adjustable ball hitch. This was $600.

-Anderson tire Leveler system , cost $110, no need to use pavers or anything else to level the tires / trailer. Very easy to use.
- a set of leveling blocks with storage bag.
-Basic pots and pans and kitchen utensils, basic bath towels, paper towels, other odds and ends like extra fuses etc.
- Floor mats as well as 3 or 4 custom step mats that are removable and cover each one of the steps leading to the trailer.
-brand new Blueline Prest-o-fit sewer line kit. 10-20 ft length modular 2 part hose. Old one is pictured by the power cords in the storage compartment but it had a slight crack so its brand new in box still never been used.
- 50 amp to 30 amp RV power cord adapter.
