Very well cared for trailer purchased new by us 4/20. Over the years we've owned we took several 2 week to 1 month trips and a few weekend trips every year. The trailer was stored indoors in between trips up until this past winter when we covered it and stored it outdoors. It has actually only been winterized once because we kept it in a conditioned indoor storage. Only thing that has been done to it is warranty replacement of toilet and fireplace in 2021 by Camping World which is where it was purchased. Not any upgrades other than a second battery when first purchased. I have removed and kept batteries on tender whenever trailer wasnot being used. Tires were replaced at around 10,000 miles and wheel bearings were repacked in 2023. Regular greasing before every trip. No damage anywhere on trailer or roof.There are no leaks or any problems other than initial warranty things. It has been a very solid well performing trailer since we bought it. I would recommend this same trailer to anyone who asks. The only reason we are selling is because we have a second home now that we want to spend more time at and we are getting less interested in camping at our age.
