2018 Forest River Cascade / model 254qc
Purchased in 2018 as an occasional guest house on our property. It has only been towed once from Tacoma to Hansville, a distance of 62 miles. Other than the initial delivery it made a round trip yearly from storage to our property, about 3 miles each way. It has been under cover for about 80% of the time we have owned it, brought out for a guest quarters in the summer months. Exterior is immaculate, interior has slight wear and tear. All systems function. New mattress.
