20 ft. 2017 travel trailer. Very good condition. Newer tires, completely sealed roof and sides ( preventative maintenance), new electrical travel trailor jack, new TV antenna on roof, new door screen with plexiglass on bottom half (prevents dogs or children from ripping screen). A battery cut off switch was installed, and a ladder was added on rear of camper. Camper well maintained, everything works. Recently had fresh water tank sanitized. Trailer is wintered. Covers for camper and tires included. Also included, is a smart Power Watch Dog RV surge protector, truck hitch and sway bars. Sleeping arrangements include a Murphy bed with an upgraded queen mattress, and the dinette turns into a bed. Has 1 slide out. Very roomy, can walk through camper with the slide out in. Easy to tow.
