Both cab seats swivel, the fresh water capacity is 51 gal, grey water 51 gal, and (2) 5 gallon cassettes for the toilet. The AC was upgraded to a 15000 BTU, 2 speed. One outside storage holds a Dometic fridge/freezer, sitting on a custom slide. The unit is stored in a conditioned garage.
The Ford Transit is AWD, with a 5000lb tow hitch. An extended warranty was purchased when we bought the unit and should be transferable.
