We have owned this unit for a year and a half. It has been stored in Heber City, under cover at Strawberry Storage when not in use. It is mechanically sound and ready for the trail. It does have cosmetic hail damage on the roof and left side and there is a dent in the side door. (See pics) At the top of the middle acrylic window protector there is a visible crack but the glass behind the protector is not damaged. The A/C and solar panels were not damaged by the hail.

Interior color package is "Red Rock"

Includes a custom-built hinged mattress (less than one year old) designed specifically for the Basecamp layout. It has been used exclusively with a waterproof protector and is in pristine condition,

Basecamp is currently winterized.
