2020 Grand Design Solitude 372WB
This unit was manufactured in February 2020. (pre covid) We purchased it in December 2020. We are the original owners. This unit has never been smoked in or had pets living in it.
We think this is a perfect unit for couples full timing or just as weekenders with the spacious living/dining area, primary bedroom and large bathroom with dual vanity sinks and huge walk-in closet. The living room has 50 television and bedroom has a 29 television.
This is a very well kept and maintained unit. This unit is always stored indoors when not in use. The only issues we know of are the main air conditioner/heat pump quit cooling November 2025 and was replaced in March of 2026, the plastic low point water drain valves leaked and were replaced with metal valves, and one of the recliners has slight peeling on the back cushion.
Some of the upgrades we have installed are soap pumps at each sink, additional water filter for drinking and cooking water at the kitchen sink. Additional shelving in the rear overhead cabinets, the pantry shelves have been reinforced, added a drawer in the kitchen island, upgraded queen sized mattress, the basement wall was moved 9 to the rear for added storage, a hinged door was installed for access to back of the nautilus panel, a window and light was installed in the basement wall to be able to quickly check for possible problems or leaks behind the wall, and the roof vents have black covers. The best upgrade for convenience is the mor-ryde sliding drawer in the basement, this is a must have in my opinion.
The wheel bearings were repacked; the brakes were inspected and adjusted, and tires were replaced and balanced in October 2025. Since that time the trailer has about 2000 miles on it.
