2008 Casita spirit deluxe travel trailer, I have added two leveling scissors jack and jack pads, replace the anode rod, replace the interior
incandescent bulbs to led bulbs, purchase new a full-size mattress from Casita trailers in Rice Tx. also replace wheel bearing and races on both wheels , also has new ventilation fan ,also has a Fiamma awning that functions properly, I originally purchased this Casita for my Mother to sleep in while her home was being remodeled ,she used it for about 7 weeks ,i used it on two trips and everything works very well I do not have milage records but I put 402 total miles since I owned this Casita ,I have Title in hand. the Casita currently parked at my home,
