It has been stored in professional covered RV storage with an aux AC (stand up unit inside) running during the summer to keep it below 80 and a aux heater in the winter to keep it above 50 degrees. Dallas area humidity is balanced well by the use of auxiliary HVAC during storage. RV is complete shaded when stored.

No leaks, no floods. No engine problems during our stewardship. New luxury vinyl upholstery, incredible mattress, new 15k btu air-conditioner, new satellite w/ receivers in bedroom and living room, new flooring, new water pump for indoor plumbing, must see. Windows serviced (removed, professionally cleaned, new gas injected, reinstalled/sealed). Storage "pod" (container) attached to trailer hitch comes as part of the package - super handy for grills, tires, mats, chairs etc. Pod has trailer lighting.
