The bathroom features a shower, porcelain toilet, and a new sink, countertop and high end faucet, replacing the original cheap faucet and plastic sink. I also replaced the original medicine cabinet with a larger one for more storage room. With features like LED lighting, a stereo system, and a 15k BTU ducted air conditioning, this RV has everything you need to feel right at home on the road.
I've owned this travel trailer for about a year and a half. Lived in it for about a year while I was on location for a consulting job. Modifications include the previously mentioned mattress, the twin Lagun tables, the larger bathroom medicine cabinet, larger bathroom countertop, sink and faucet, and an additional storage cabinet in the living space next to the television. Included with the sale is a weight distribution anti-sway hitch which cost me over $1,100 when I bought it new. Also included is a surge protector for the 30 amp electrical connection. Drinking water safe hoses for both fresh water and the rear exterior shower. Two water filters, and a new anode rod for the hot water tank. Also the special correct size socket for the anode rod. Tires, which are Goodyear Endurance tires, only have 1,600 mi on them. I towed the trailer home from the dealership about 100 mi away, and then made a a 1500 mile trip to Texas. Exterior propane grill with cast iron cooking surface has never been out of the box. Also included is a pop-up privacy tent/shower stall. Like new condition with better than new equipment.
