We purchased this camper new and have only used it a handful of times. It has always been stored inside and is in like new condition. Everything works as it should. Pet and smoke free. 4 point electric stabilizer jacks, electric tongue jack. fantastic vent fan, max vent covers, television, outdoor griddle, electric awning with led lighting, solar panel, and other upgrades I am forgetting.
