This motorhome is a 2018 PHAETON 44 OH. This is a bath and a half 45 foot tag axle motorhome from the Phaeton line that has the same layout as a Bus 45 OPP. The two models are sister floorplans. So if you love the layout of the Allegro Bus 45OPP but want the price tag of a Phaeton, this will do it for you.

This Phaeton 44 OH is super nice. It is a two owner coach. There have NEVER been any PETS in this coach and neither owner smoked. If you have any allergies at all and cannot tolerate pets or smoke and have had a hard time finding a coach that meets those requirements on the used market then this is the coach for you. Just this past January, the owner of this coach took it to Precision RV and had maintenance performed. Precision performed a Roof Reseal, Serviced the Aqua Hot, serviced all the Schwintek Rails & Seals and on the big hydraulic slides in the front, the seals and shims were replaced. The slide toppers are good and tight and it has a new water pump. The guys at Precision RV also looked over the entire coach. During the same time he also had a floor tile replaced in the living room. Then he took it to Bay Diesel and they changed the fluids and filters in the motor, generator, and DEF system. Recorded mileage at that time was 44793 and Gen hours are 236.

Point is, this coach is ready to go. It is turn key.
