The Good:
Brand New Queen Mattress up front
New bunk mattress custom made to fit with new upholstery
New bathroom fan/light
Everything works
Fresh polish and wax on outside, fiberglass is in great shape
No leaks
AC cranks cold
Heat works great
Nice storage rack on the back
Hitch included but I don't have the leveling bars
Very little use, like new inside

The Not So Good:
Needs tires
Solar has been removed but I'll sell it with the panels, just wanted to leave it up to buyer if they want them

I bought this as a temporary living space for a LONG-time employee. He stayed in it in my building while I was renovating the space. Only bought it for him, only selling because he moved into an apartment and I don't have a use for it. Pink slip is in hand and registration is current to October of this year.
