Due to health issues, we are selling our Motorhome. It is a hard to find model with 1 full rear bath and 1/2 hallway bath. It is 37 long with 8.1 Chevy engine 51,000 miles and 50amp service. There is absolutely NO body damage anywhere. There are NO stains anywhere on inside ceiling from water. It has been undercover most of its life when not in use. These homes were built with aluminum sides and roof. The roof should never have to be replaced just sealed around a/c, vents etc.The sides wont have delamination because they are riveted to substrate not glued. Both a/c units work. Refrigerator is gas/electric and works. It has new Armstrong tires, brakes, brake calipers, starter, water pump, 360deg fixed antenna (no forgetting to crank down), gate valves on all 4 black/grey pipes as it has two black/ two grey tanks/ also 2 of 3 batteries are one year old. Dash a/c blows but marginally cool have not been able to check it. One day night curtain stays down wont go up have not yet been able to repair. There is a tear in drivers seat and bad corner on engine cover as pic tured . Comes with satellite dish and tow hitch for a car. 5500 Onan Gen with appr. 500 hrs.Just trying to see if there is any interest in MH. More pics will follow based on interest.
