2017 Grand Design Imagine 2670MK Spacious, Well-Loved & Ready for Adventure

We've genuinely loved this camper. It has been such a great rig for us roomy, comfortable, and cozy. We're selling because it's time for a change to something smaller, and we want it to go to someone who will love it as much as we have.

Grand Design is known for building quality trailers. Weve owned it for three years and there was one previous owner before that who used it very little.

Kitchen & Cooking
One of the standout features of this floor plan is just how much kitchen you get. There's a standard Dometic refrigerator, a kitchen island with a big deep stainless steel sink and residential pull-down sprayer faucet, a 3-burner gas cooktop, microwave, and tons of cabinet and drawer storage. Counter space is genuinely impressive for a travel trailer.

The outdoor kitchen with its Suburban 2-burner gas cooktop and exterior outlet makes it easy to cook outside near the fire.

Living & Dining
The freestanding dinette table with four chairs is a huge upgrade over the typical booth-style setup you find in most travel trailers. The loveseat sofa also folds out into a bed.

Lighting throughout is fantastic LED lighting everywhere, skylights and windows that bring in natural light, and plenty of outlets so you're never hunting for a plug.

Bedroom & Storage
The rear bedroom has a queen bed with an upgraded mattress that is very comfortable. Overhead cabinets, reading lights, and a wardrobe with hanging space, mirror doors, and drawers round out the bedroom nicely.

Updates & Mechanical
Both slideout mechanisms fully replaced in 2024

Known Issue Priced Accordingly
We want to be fully transparent: there is a small tear in the flooring near the desk area (see photos and video), and a small part of the subfloor underneath feels soft. This has been present for about two years and has not spread or caused any other issues in that time.
We received a professional quote to repair it their plan would be to cut back the linoleum, remove and replace the softened plywood, and re-lay the flooring back down. We had intended to do this ourselves, but ultimately decided to sell instead. There has been no issues with using the camper with this spot in the flooring.

Also, the floor in the front exterior storage compartment has some sag to it. We've stored bins in there for two years without any problem.

The price reflects the repairs needed. There has been no other known water damage.

Everything else on this camper is in great shape and has been well-maintained.

Why We're Selling
This camper has been genuinely well cared for by owners who take pride in it including being kept covered during the winter months to protect it from the elements.

We've had so many great trips in this rig. It really does have so much space, great flow, and everything you need for a comfortable camping experience. We're sad to see it go, but we know it'll be a great home base for another family's adventures.
