This exact Toy Hauler: Has a new power awning, tires are less than two years, only used 1-2 times per year. Bathroom has tub/shower combo. Flat screen TV with DVD player. Private bedroom with NEW queen bed (never slept in). Rear Electric Queen Bunk over Futon/Sofa (dinette removed to allow more head room for toys). There is an exterior shower to help you rinse off as well as a fueling station. Onan on board generator. In June 2025 reapplied lap seal over the entire roof, replaced water pump and hot water heater and generator was serviced.

We are only asking for what we need to payoff the loan, so we can not accept any offers lower than what we are asking. We do not have any toys, so we do not need/want a Toy Hauler. We want to sell this so that we can purchase something smaller and lighter that will suit our current situation and needs.

Please note that it will NOT fit a 4 seater side-by-side, but it will fit a 2 seater or anything smaller or equal in size.
