Transparency READ CAREFULLY

* Some exterior cosmetic wear

* Missing attached ladder + one awning (separate ladder included)

* Previous water damage professionally remediated no current leaks.

* When it was last towed 2 years ago, (over 100 miles) the driver reported that the breaks are not great, so the truck pulling it will need to be the main breaks.

*The two slide outs in kitchen and dining area need to be finessed to work. We tested it with a RV tech recently to get everything ready for buyer. We found that the dining area slide out worked better with a furniture mover pad underneath to help it along. The slide out with the big fridge needed someone to push on it to get it to work. The fridge is heavy and full sized. Its a great new fridge less than 2 years old. Buyer can choose to replace with smaller one if wanted. We can guarantee slide outs to work for transport and set up to buyers location. This is a given because we want the buyer to have a functional unit. After the initial set up, we can not guarantee the life of the slide out mechanics.

*Custom stairs/shelves in dining area must be moved before closing slide-outs as well. They are secured with screws.

* Also the dishwasher and fridge will make one slide out stick out 1 inch during transport, but we had professional RV techs look at it recently and was told this would not be a problem for transport.

Bottom Line

All this is why we emphasize this unit is best for someone who will not be moving a lot. Be aware that in future if want to tour around / travel the unit need updated slide out mechanics and breaks.
