Description
2022 Heartland North Trail 29BHP Bunkhouse, Sleeps 10 - Willing to entertain all reasonable offers
We've had this camper for a couple of years and its been a really good setup for our family but we bought a house last spring as our kids started getting closer to college. At the time we thought we'd still use the camper for shorter, local trips, but life has gotten busy, and we just haven't had the time to use it like we thought we would. At this point, we don't really see ourselves traveling as a family anymore, which is the only reason were letting it go.
The layout is one of the things we liked most. The bunk area in the back has a lot of space, and we opened it up a bit to make it more usable for sleeping. The front bedroom has a sliding door for a little privacy, and the slide-out gives the main living area more room to spread out.
We did remove the outdoor kitchen to make the bunk space bigger, and opened up some interior ducting in easy-to-access spots to create more storage. The main underbelly ductwork is still there if someone wanted to reconnect it we just didn't need it. We mostly used the electric fireplace, and it actually kept things plenty warm for us, even when temperatures dropped under freezing.
Its an ultra-lite model, so its easier to tow than a lot of bunkhouses this size (dry weight is 6,818lbs and hitch weight is 468lbs).
It has power stabilizer jacks and a power tongue jack, which makes setup pretty simple. Well also include the weight distribution hitch and anti-sway bars, plus a camper cover we bought last fall that was only used this past winter.
We did have a tire blowout on one side that tore off the plastic wheel well cover. The trailer itself held up really well and there wasn't any other damage. Its a cosmetic piece that can be easily ordered and replaced.
Clean title in hand. Price is negotiable. Willing to entertain all reasonable offers.
