Selling my 2019 Lance 1475s. $19,750. Inland Empire, Southern California. One original owner. Very nice condition. Under 350 total miles. Additional modifications include replacement of the plastic toilet to a Dometic 310 porcelain toilet with soft-close, replacement of the 4 bath fan with a large-blade reversible Hengs Vortex II, upgraded shower valve hardware, hose, and shower head (to Oxygenics), addition of a drivers side manual crank awning, the addition of the slim-shade in the entry door window, along with two Aero-flo roof vent covers and a heavy-duty electric jack cover. Original kitchen faucet replaced with a high-rise residential style with pull-down sprayer.

This 1475s has been well-used over its seven year life. The Truma Combi is due for periodic maintenance. The power awning has malfunctioned and requires service (I rarely used it). One of the LED reading lights needs to be replaced. One of the exterior front marker lights needs to be replaced. The Goodyear Endurance tires are original, and while the tread is barely used and they have been covered while stationary, I recommend replacing them due to age. There are a few minor interior cosmetic details that deserve some attention. Its a great, functional camper that has served me well. Not new, but in very good condition for its age.
