Well maintained, everything works, includes multiple upgrades. When we bought the trailer in 2018 it had a water leak in the front cap. The leak was repaired and it has been dry ever since. The water did cause the front cap to wrinkle as shown in the pictures. We have added new tires in 2020, a new mattress, a backup camera, dual batteries (lead acid), new awning canvas, lithium battery compatible converter, new dual 40lb propane tanks, 200 watts solar with lithium compatible controller, 1000 watt pure sine inverter with multiple outlets in the camper. The interior was upgraded with a white and black theme including a re-upholstered jack-knife sofa and removable shelves in all the closets. The trailer has a 2 inch ball and comes with a weight distribution hitch. I am also including a predator 3500 generator, a Geni-Tote, and a sidekick BBQ.
