It is in very good shape. We have taken good care of it. Everything works. When something has broken, we always have gotten it fixed. The interior looks almost brand new.

Lots of extras come with it.
Three (3) almost new batteries. Two batteries for the coach, and one for the chassis.
New air conditioner last year. I was told that the old one was a sealed system so rather than have it serviced, I replaced it.
The motor and generator have been serviced every year.

A small scratch on the back that is barely noticeable (see picture). Some peeling on the decals. I was told by an RV tech that for some reason the brown decals peel. No warping or curves in the exterior walls. No water damage. The roof has never leaked. Never has been smoked in.
