Im moving so Im selling my 1996 RC Winnebago Rialta Class B RV camper van. Lots of great memories camping with this.

Standard Features:
- Fits in normal parking spaces (unlike newer models)
- Natural lighting: panoramic back windows, kitchen skylight,
- 17 MPG on premium gasoline. 140k mile odometer, so 60k+ miles left in the famed Volkswagon Eurovan engine.
- Tank toilet, propane stove + heater, sink, Norcold fridge.
- Generator, shade awning, and shower were not used and likely don't work.

Custom Features:
- 400W solar panels, controller, inverter, and 2 lead acid batteries so entirely off grid AC power with 220 amp hours
- Laminate hard floors, custom desk and chair, custom window blinds
- No AC, but roof fan is adequate
- Queen mattress with integrated box spring
- Transmission cooler installed 2019, so no transmission problems

I've discounted this off the market price as some maintenance work is overdue. Per the mechanic last year:
- Slow engine oil leak - said not an issue if kept topped up
- Brake fluid flush is overdue, routine
- Left and right inner CV boots and ball joint boots are torn
- Underside has surface rust, not structural
- AC system works but needs recharging, any mechanic can do it.
- Power windows are turned off as a $500 part is needed to resolve.
