This camper has been genuinely good to our family and I'm not going to pretend it wasn't hard to decide to let it go, but life changed directions and here we are. One owner, no liens, stored properly when not in use. Smoke-free, pet-free, very clean.

So here's what you're actually getting. The bunkhouse layout sleeps 8-10, two entry doors (one into the living area, one into the master), and the whole thing is set up for people who actually go places and stay a while not just weekend warriors.

Slide topper keeps debris out of the slide mechanism. Included is the Beddy's bedding which make changing sheets a breeze. Those are worth the money!

The kitchen inside is fully loaded large fridge, three-burner stove, oven, microwave. There's also an outside kitchen with its own fridge, water, work area and storage.

Inside, there is a tri-fold sofa and dinette for seating and dining comfort. Electric fireplace with thermostat control. Beautiful cabinetry, storage everywhere under-bed storage, mirrored closets flanking the queen bed with an upgraded mattress. USB ports throughout. Power tongue jack with light for easy setup.

Dry weight is 7,000 lbs. and length is 30 ft excluding tongue.

Honestly, whoever picks this up is getting something we put real money and thought into.
