We have power and water hooked up, so all features can be tested. There is also a transferable extended warranty with 2 years remaining. We loved it but kids outgrew it and we upgraded to a 5th wheel toy hauler. Having a full and half bathroom was a game changer. And the half bath has an external door, so no dragging dirt and sand into the main. The external kitchen with griddle, fridge and sink made it easy to do so much outside. Its in excellent condition and has several upgrades.
