NorthWood Fox Mountain 2020 5th Wheel

We bought the rig in Feb of 2022. The previous owner bought it brand new in 2020. They used it maybe 5 times on short trips to the coast.

After we purchased it, we made a few trips to the coast and a long 4887 mile 31 day adventure across the west/south and Midwest. The only two maintenance issues we had that whole trip was the Microwave Oven crapped out in Omaha. I replaced it myself with a similar unit from Home Depot. The other was our Chow dog chewed the front screen. I replaced that whole screen and added the heavy duty dog guard.
The other long trip was to the Redwoods in NorCal and Oregon Coast last Fall.
After that trip I had the kitchen faucet replaced, as it was dripping internally, the bearings repacked on wheels, (brakes are 85%), some P-vents replaced and the bridge sealed on entire roof. That maintenance was completed in October of 2025.
Upgrades that we completed:
We reupholstered the valances and removed the outdated curtains. We did the valances ourselves. The dinette cushions were reupholstered professionally. We removed the curtain that separated the bedroom and removed the accordion door at the top of the stairs. All the pull-down blinds are original and in good shape.
We Replaced the loveseat on back wall with two camper recliners. They sit on a nice piece of secured carpet that has bound edges.
The storage cabinets above the recliners, the pantry and the storage above the TV all have LED lighting installed. The pantry and above TV light up when doors open, the back storage has a light switch.
We replaced the door key lock with a battery-operated cypher lock. (Latch-it Brand)

The dinette turns into a sleeping area that will accommodate two small kids, or one bigger person.

We have enjoyed this Northwood unit. the AC and Heater are strong and it's been a very solid unit. Electric Landing Gear and rear Stabilizer supports make hooking up, unhooking and setup very easy. Health issues are forcing me to sell.
