PERFECT FAMILY CAMPER! Not too long, not too heavy, but absolutely huge when all setup! Sleeps up to 10 people comfortably - 3 queen beds that fold down into mini bedrooms, plus a slide-out dinette that coverts to another queen, and a fold down coach that can fit another two kiddos. Great sized kitchen with stove, burner, sink, and fridge. Bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink too. AC and heat works great! Fridge can run off both gas and electric. Water heater is gas and works great too. You won't believe it all collapses into an easy-to-pull 24ft travel trailer, and once it opens up, you won't believe how spacious it is! Base weight is only 4,500lbs, so you won't be putting too much strain on your engine!

Outside, there is a great awning for a nice covered patio (comes with a screen attachment!) plus an outdoor shower faucet that can be used for washing hands or cleaning dishes. There are also three great outdoor access storage bins for easy access to all your gear. The inside storage is pretty great too - cabinets above and below for keeping everything organized. Even a tall closet for longer clothes or jackets! (Or a nice safe spot for storing all the blankets and pillows, that's how we used it!)

We've kept it well maintained - it was under covered storage for the first 5 years, and has had a rain-cover the last five. We're the second owners, but ready for something bigger. It's cleaned and ready for a new family to love and make some incredible memories together! These hybrid pop-out units are perfect for blending the benefits of RV camping with still feeling like you're getting the joy of being outdoors.
