31.5 length. New rubber roof was installed in 2019. New brakes installed 2016. It's been in storage since 2020. I installed new countertops & cabinet doors in 2016. The last time I used it was 2019. The heater stopped working on that trip. Everything else was working when we came back. It has a space for a stackable washer and dryer. I have owned it since 2005. It is in solid condition. It comes with the hitch also.
