Selling my original owner, like new 2024 Northern Lite 610. Purchased new at a dealer in FL, in February 2025. Under 1700lbs, fits any 1/2 ton or heavier full size trucks with 5.5 up to 8 bed length.

The camper has been out camping 7-8x, and I slept in it 4 nights during my cross country trip back to CA. It's immaculate and has always been kept detailed. It is significantly cleaner than when I took delivery from dealer. I washed and waxed the exterior when new. It's been stored indoors when not in use.

All systems and appliances function perfectly. All systems have been tested, however I have not used the roof AC, microwave, hot water heater, or cassette toilet.

Lightweight and aerodynamic. Convenient and quick ratchet anchor system eliminated need for expensive camper tie down brackets/anchors. Industry leading insulation and build quality make this a very efficient and comfortable camper. Ive owned several 4-season campers and travel trailers. This is by far the quietest, warmest, and easiest to keep cool. Its a wonderful sleeping pod. I haul a dirtbike so I appreciate the access to rear bumper, and hitch, etc.

It's a bummer to be listing it. Reason for selling is that I haven't been using it, and I have a home loan that I am prioritizing. Save on sales tax and dealer fees. I am motivated and I will help with logistics if I locate a buyer who is out of my area. Will deliver if my costs are covered. I have some room to negotiate price. Thank you for looking.
