We bought this camper in 2023 used from a RV dealer that only had been used once. Since 2023 we have only used it 3 times. I upgraded the wheels from the stock 14" rims to 15" rims with 10 ply tires. Added storage shelving in the kitchen, upgraded the mattress to a premium mattress, and added a screen for the back deck area. It's in very good condition and barely used. It's also stored under a RV covered parking and stays plugged in for power to run a dehumidifier.
