The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, a sizable sink, stove, microwave, oven, fridge, pantry with storage and an AM/FM CD player. The bedroom offers a very comfortable queen size bed and storage cabinets both on the wall and underneath the bed as well as a Roku TV. The couches in rear fold down into one large (queen) bed. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink and medicine cabinet providing convenience and comfort.

There is a removable porch rail wrap-around enclosure and portable fold up dining table that fits in between the rear couches for a 'dining room' setup. In the garage and kitchen area there are 6 tie downs for toys, gear, whatever.

As an added safety feature, there is a rear camera installed with a portable viewing monitor inside the vehicle cab (plugs into USB) to see vehicles behind you on the road and also for ease of docking / parking when backing up. Also included are two side cameras not yet installed - new in the box.

Recent upgrades and improvements include:
2 new deep cycle marine batteries
4 new Treadmaster 10 ply tires with higher load ratings than stock tires. Full size spare also included.
New propane fittings
Heater recently serviced

Great light weight camper with a lot of versatility. Easy to maneuver due to it's size and handles well on the road. We've had a lot of fun traveling with this toy hauler to different places in the US. We enjoy it so much that we plan on moving up to a larger 5th wheel toy hauler.
