This RV is turn-key, road-ready! This coach has enjoyed a very leisurely life, mostly camping on our own property, but it has also taken us as far west as Indiana (it did great driving over the hills in WV and PA). Everything works and there are no mechanical issues. It has two slides that make the interior feel very spacious. The Triton V-10 has tons of power and could easily tow a vehicle if you needed to (we never do). The bunkhouse model, which this is, is pretty rare super useful. We have a large family, and the kids have friends that always want to camp with us, and there is always enough room. It has two TV's and a large awning. The hot shower works great and it has plenty of storage in the "basement." The tires are in great shape, and the only thing that it needs is a family who can use it more than we have time to over the next year.
