Many upgrades such as new leveling cylinders and snap pads. New 120 volt fridge with bottom freezer. New stovetop and microwave oven.
New 6 gal propane water heater. Washer and dryer are separate, installed after we bought the unit. It has a tow bar that was installed at the same time as the washer & dryer.
Custom counter top in bath. Added an electric fireplace in the living room. It has an outside connection for propane.
