Description

This is an exceptional and reliable RV with numerous recent expensive upgrades. To start with, it has low miles (41,500). Most importantly, NO LEAKS (see below)!! Though it is a 2008 RV manufacture, it is built on a 2007 E450 chassis. It has a powerful V10 engine. It is a pleasure to drive with cruise control, great sound system, and a rear camera for backing up. It has a single slide for the main living area that opens up the living space dramatically.

It has many recent major upgrades that make it much "newer" than its 2008 year of manufacture. One of the absolutely outstanding recent upgrades is a brand new roof just recently installed in October 2025 at a cost of $11,159. It has a brand new A/C unit that was installed at the time of the new roof at a cost of $1505. The new roof and A/C were replaced because of water occasionally coming through the A/C vents due to damage to the old A/C unit (no leaks in the cabin itself). It essentially has a brand new refrigerator, except the box itself, that was installed in January 2026, at a cost of $2333. This was a replacement of the original refrigerator internals that lasted from when it was built in 2008, so it was due for a more powerful new one. We have all the receipts for these upgrades it you would like to see them.

In addition to all these new upgrades, it has newer tires that were installed in July 2023, at a cost of $885. It has newer flat-screen TVs (Aug23), a newer Hot Water Heater (May23), and was upgraded to a KING BED from the original queen bed.

It has a tow package, power awning, awning over slide-out, and an on-board generator. All of these work great!

Per standard, it has many cabinets & drawers everywhere, shower, bathroom, a microwave, an oven/range, a double sink, a nice spacious dinette, a sofa that can be turned into a bed, a bunk bed over the cab, and can sleep up to 8 depending on the number of adults and children and their ages. It has never been smoked in, nor have there been cats or dogs in it.

We are retired and this was our home away from home when we worked at jobs 4 hours away from our home. We worked at the Creation Museum in Petersburg, KY and we live in Parkersburg, WV. We would be at the museum like every-other-week during the Creation Museum's busy seasons. We intended to work there for another 5 to 10 years as it was a blast to work there and just a lot of fun, with good friends. However, all good things come to an end. We have had recent and serious health concerns among our family that require our time. We now have 5 grandchildren, the newest born in April 2026, and want to spend more time with family instead of travelling all the time. It was a very difficult and unanticipated decision, especially with all the recent upgrades we just did, but we decided to leave our jobs and focus on family. Thus, we don't have a need for the RV anymore.

Though this is a 2008 RV, the upgrades put it way beyond a typical older RV. We hope the attached pictures convey this and the layout of the RV in general. If you would like an RV inspector to look at it before you buy, that is OK with us. We encourage you to come see it and see how nice it is for yourself.
