The 1997 SKYLINE NOMAD
This gem is a turnkey getaway near popular Beach points like Ocean City, Sea Isle City and Avalon. Location is in Echo Farms Campground on Rt. 9 in New Jersey.
This is a one bedroom, one bath with a bright, spacious Florida room and many upgrades.
The main trailer has central air, a spacious kitchen area and breakfast nook (storage underneath the benches). Bedroom and bathroom.
Lighting fixtures throughout the main trailer were all replaced two years ago.
Next to the breakfast nook, there is a Queen sleeper sofa in excellent condition. (Raymore and Flannigan). The bedroom has ample storage underneath the bed, a closet and storage cabinets.
The Florida room is furnished with the same style sleeper sofa, TV, TV stand, a tall cabinet for storing clothes and a window unit air conditioner.
Off the Florida room, there is a sliding door off the back to a spacious deck which I will be leaving the outdoor furniture. There is a small deck at the entrance where you can sit and have your coffee and people watch.
All of the stone on this site was replaced two years ago. There is a shed in the back and an all weather picnic bench. New fire pit and plenty of firewood.
Most importantly, all the plumbing was replaced and a new tankless hot water heater was installed 2025.
The roof was coated October 2025.
The campgrounds bathhouse is clean and spacious with laundry facilities connected
Playground for the kids, basketball court, activity hall, beautiful pool area with many of activities planned throughout the season.
New management took over in 2025 and I was very happy with the attention they have provided to the Campgrounds upkeep and improvements.
