ATTENTION: Be careful when looking at 2023 Reflections. The later 2023 models, like this one, have Grey front cap decals (they have no carpet on slides and bedroom, and have on-demand, continous, instant hot water, which is awesome)

This RV has been stored in our covered RV shed since we purchased it new. You can see it in the photos. Only out when we RV'ing and that was a few trips around Alabama/Georgia and over to Mississippi a handful of times. Tires are in very good shape and only 3 years old.

There is NO mechanical or electrical issues at all with this RV. There is no issue with the tires or undercarriage running gear. All systems have been maintained and are working normally including: all electrical, all plumbing, all A/C units, LP furnace, battery charging converter and LP continuous hot water. Cooktop and oven normal, refrigerator is normal works great. No known issues. No roof leaks or damage.

Why we selling? Just retired and moved to a larger motorhome. We are going to miss her. We loved this floor plan!
