The Transcend is owned by a retired couple who no longer is interested in towing an RV. The unit was purchased new and has been stored indoors when not in use. It has received regular preventative maintenance. We added a Fan-Tastic Fan in the bedroom that has a thermostat, remote control and automatic shut off when it senses rain.
