All appliances work perfectly. Camper is in great shape. There are some cosmetic wear on the inside but nothing major. Comes with a a Cummins 4500 watt generator. Has generator mount above the hitch. Awning works but the fabric is torn. Always properly winterized and tanks are meticulously cleaned after each trip.
