Condition Overview:

Overall, the trailer is in good shape for its age and has been used as intended, not abused. Everything you expect to use regularly (appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC) is functional to the best of my knowledge. It's clean, smokefree, and ready to go camping asis.

Cosmetic Accident Damage (Fully Disclosed):

• There is a dent on the driverside front panel that was present when I bought the trailer. It appears to be from an accident with the prior owner.

• The dent is completely covered by the factory rock/stone guard in normal use, so you dont see it with the guard installed.

• The same incident also caused a crack in the kitchen/bathroom cabinetry inside. The cabinetry is still functional; doors and drawers still operate, and the damage is cosmetic.
