Description
This is a professionally upgraded 2020 inTech Sol Horizon Rover Edition, purpose-built for full-time remote work and off-grid travel. New axle (2025), Victron lithium power system, enterprise-grade networking with Starlink integration, and a standing desk conversion. If you've been pricing out what it actually costs to build a reliable work-from-anywhere rig, you already know most trailers need $10k+ in upgrades to get here. This one's done.
Why the Rover Edition
The Sol Horizon Rover is inTech's off-road variant: factory 3" lift, aggressive tires, blacked-out trim, and that panoramic front windshield that makes every campsite feel cinematic. The all-aluminum welded cage frame means no wood rot, no staples, no hidden moisture damage. These hold their value for a reason.
Mechanical & Towing
Full axle replacement by Nashville RV, completed 2025. A complete swap for perfect alignment and geometry. This trailer tows better than new.
Blue Ox SwayPro weight-distribution hitch included.
Off-Grid Power System (Installed August 2024)
Victron-based architecture, designed for professional daily use:
200Ah lithium (LiFePO4) battery bank (2x 100Ah Smart batteries)
Victron MultiPlus 12/2000/80 inverter/charger 2,000W continuous pure sine wave
200W Rich Solar portable briefcase panel (park in shade, charge in sun)
Bluetooth monitoring via Victron app real-time SOC and load tracking
Translation: Run your laptop, monitor, starlink, and espresso machine without chasing shore power.
Internet and Networking
Built for high-reliability consulting, data, or dev work:
Peplink MAX Transit Duo Pro (dual-modem, LTE/5G-capable failover router)
Parsec Husky Pro 7-in-1 roof-mounted antenna for max signal gain in weak coverage
Starlink-ready: WAN port pre-configured for bonded cellular + satellite. One private network, zero drops.
Hard-wired to house DCruns without the inverter
I've taken Zoom calls from BLM land in Utah without a hiccup. The networking alone is a $3k+ build.
Interior & Workspace
Lagun swivel table replaces factory pedestal. 360° rotation, adjustable heightconverts to a standing desk in seconds.
Dedicated monitor mount at dinette (monitor not included). Work setup or movie night.
Custom latex mattress topper on rear queen. Genuinely better sleep than most beds at home.
Mounted weather station indoor/outdoor temp, humidity, barometric pressure.
Standard rear TV included.
Full wet bath.
2-burner cooktop, farmhouse sink, 12V compressor fridge.
Exterior slide-out kitchen + Thule awning.
The Bottom Line
I bought this trailer to work remotely from the road, and it delivered. I'm selling because my wife and I recently bought a house and are ready to start a family.
It's been maintained carefully, and never abused on trails it couldn't handle.
Happy to answer questions, walk through the systems on a call, or schedule a showing. I have receipts for all major upgrades.
