Title in hand. 2018 Four Winds 30D with rear bedroom (short-queen bed), additional bunkhouse (bottom bunk converts to a second dinette), over the cab bed, and a couch that converts to a bed. There is some wear on the couch (as shown in the pictures of the couch). The couch has 3 seatbelts, the dinette has 2, and the front two seats obviously have seat belts.

It has the Triton V10 motor (gasoline) that has no problem pulling our Toyota Highlander on our dolly. It has about 43,500 miles with a rear view camera, cruise control and power locks and windows. It is on the E450 chassis.

It has two large electric slides, generator, AC, heater, hot water tank, stove, oven, and microwave. It is 30 amp. Everything works as it should.

Tank sizes as listed on specs: fresh 40 gallons, gray 31 gallons, and black is 26 gallons, and hot water is 6 gallons. The propane size is 40 lbs. The fuel capacity is 55 gallons.

We put new tires on late last season, so they are like new. Everything works as it should, and it runs good. We are selling in order to downsize.
