$38k bought new from hitch RV in NJ. I am the original owner. Title in hand.

Brakes less than 2 years old. 6 newer tires including 2 new spares. 4 tires on rims have under 750 miles. 2 new deep cycle batteries less than 2 years old always let plugged in. Always kept at home property. Currently winterized. Has not been used since 2024.

Items in front storage picture come with camper-water hose and fittings, sewer hose and fittings. Sewer hose grading stands, extra water heater anode, leveling blocks, outdoor rug.

Tow setup with weight distributing hitch and tension bars comes with camper-paid over $400. This is a 10k lb hitch pull travel trailer.

Over $2.5k in extras and updates since purchased are included in the sale.

All appliances, air conditioner and heater all tested and run as they should.

*****Update*****

Camper was flipped on its left side from last storm that blew through Monday night 3/16. Straight line winds in excess of 70mph pushed camper on side and flipped onto my front lawn. The awning has thankfully took 90% of the damage. Replacement power awnings are $1.2k

All pictures after #43 are detail of Monday night storm damage. Riehls heavy wrecker towing did an awesome job of hoist lifting with straps and gently rotating the camper then placing upright. Some roof membrane pinching from hoist straps has been sealed with gorilla tape. Exterior cracks at top of right slide outs taped with flex seal tape-Wood has cracked. Camper is structurally sound and has been towed/moved since.  Interior walls and connection to inside ceiling have moved and detached along with trim pieces knocked off. They will need to placed back. Right plastic fender broke off(I have it). Multiple side marker lights damaged and will need to be replaced. Tail lights and front lights not impacted. 

Electrical tested and working. Propane tested and working. Have not hooked up water. Black and grey tanks were empty and also winterized prior to this happening. 

Based off replacement parts only I would estimate damage at 3k. If you’re paying full labor someone to do it figure double with the price. 

I do not have the time or patience to repair and selling as is. The Title is clean and I have in possession. This has NOT been reported to insurance for a claim.
