Very well maintained, 2017, 40-foot Keystone Montana model 379RD fifth wheel with aluminum roof and attached lattice work on the whole unit. This unit has five spacious slides, a front bedroom, middle kitchen, rear living room and lots of storage, both inside and out.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed, full closet with washer and dryer hook ups. There is storage under the bed and it has a built-in bureau and smart TV.

The kitchen has a large residential fridge, double stainless steel sink, three burner stove with oven and a convection microwave oven, coffee bar, pantry, kitchen table with two chairs.

Note: This has been fitted into its space as a permanent structure. The full unit is tied to the ground in six places covered with a very rugged aluminum roof which covers the top and extends out and over all of the slide-outs. This was added in 2025. There was three times as much cement poured in the lot for this unit as well. This extra cost was to ensure the unit's durability to last decades. With minimal work, this RV can be retrofitted back to a mobile camper.

This unit is located in the new section of the Olde Mill Stream RV Resort, there are no rear neighbors and it has a full cement driveway and walkway.
